This bill is more explicitly about legislating 2030 and 2050 targets. Here's what's missing.
I included a range of connected issues in my 2020 Climate Change Bill. They are not present in this bill, and I look forward to dicussions with the government about how we can address an orderly and fair transition for workers and climate risk assessments and adaptation plans.
