In response to the Government's exposure draft bill on the Treasury Laws Amendment (Measures for Consultation) Bill 2023: PRRT Deductions Cap (PRRT Deductions Cap Bill), I made a submission to the consultation process outlining my concerns regarding the ineffectiveness of the Petroleum Resource Rent Tax and proposing ways to improve it.
