In response to the Government's exposure draft of the Communications Legislation Amendment (Combatting Misinformation and Disinformation) Bill 2023, I made a submission to the consultation process outlining my concerns about the approach taken and calling on the Government to review the performance of the Australian Communications and Media Authority prior to the granting of further powers to the body.
